Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIGirlsMarket ("Platform"), you confirm that you:
are at least 18 years old
have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all related policies
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Platform Description
The Platform provides access to:
AI-generated digital models
Educational materials and training
Monetization infrastructure
Analytics, tools, and partner integrations
The Platform operates as a licensed ecosystem, not as a sale of digital ownership.

Intellectual Property Ownership
All AI models, digital assets, content, systems, software, training materials, workflows, documentation, and methodologies (collectively, "Platform Assets") are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform and/or its licensors.
Users do not obtain ownership rights to any Platform Assets.

License Grant (Critical Clause)
The Platform grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Platform Assets:
Only within the Platform's technical and commercial infrastructure
Only while the account is active
Only in accordance with these Terms
This license does not permit external monetization unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Platform.

Revenue Share & Platform Fees
5.1 Revenue Percentage
The Platform applies a revenue-based commission on income generated through the Platform. The applicable percentage may vary by:
account type
partner tier
agency status
promotional agreements
The Platform reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.
5.2 No Circumvention
Users are strictly prohibited from:
bypassing Platform payment systems
redirecting users or revenue off-platform
conducting private settlements related to Platform Assets
Any circumvention constitutes a material breach.

Prohibition of External Monetization
Users may not:
Monetize AI models outside the Platform
Use models on third-party platforms without authorization
Resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute models
Clone, recreate, or reverse-engineer models
Use Platform Assets to build competing services
This applies regardless of format, tool, or technical method.

Educational Materials & Training Protection
All training, education, strategies, workflows, and documentation are protected intellectual property. Users may not:
copy or reproduce materials
share them with third parties
repurpose them into paid or free products
use them to train competitors or external teams

Partner & Affiliate Program
8.1 Partner Participation
The Platform may offer:
referral programs
affiliate commissions
partner dashboards
Participation is subject to additional rules and approval.
8.2 Partner Restrictions
Partners may not:
misrepresent earnings or guarantees
create misleading marketing
promise results on behalf of the Platform
Violations may result in:
forfeiture of commissions
account termination

White-Label Agencies
9.1 White-Label Access
Approved agencies may operate under a white-label or branded structure only with explicit authorization from the Platform. White-label access does not transfer ownership of:
models
systems
training
infrastructure
9.2 Agency Responsibilities
Agencies are fully responsible for:
actions of their sub-users
compliance with Platform policies
revenue reporting and integrity
The Platform reserves the right to:
audit agency activity
revoke white-label status at any time

Enforcement & Penalties
The Platform may, at its sole discretion:
suspend or terminate accounts
revoke licenses
freeze balances
deny payouts
terminate access without refund
Legal action may be taken in cases of:
theft
fraud
IP infringement

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:
financial losses
lost profits
third-party platform bans
indirect or consequential damages
Use of the Platform is at the User's own risk.

Account Termination
The Platform may terminate access:
without notice
for policy violations
for abuse or misuse
All restrictions related to IP and monetization survive termination.

Updates to Terms
The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
